What information does this website collect?
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, work email, company, optional telephone number, request type and the requirements or message you provide. An environment proposal can also contain your selected services and resource requirements. Please do not send passwords, access keys or sensitive business data through the form.
Requests to the website also involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages. The website and hosting systems use technical information to deliver the service and support security and troubleshooting.
How is an enquiry used?
Your submission creates an enquiry in our Odoo CRM for the CyberMountain team. We use it to review your requirements, contact you, prepare a trial plan or proposal and keep track of that conversation. The responsible team member receives an internal notification. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter, activate a paid service or authorise a payment.
Hosting and service providers
The website runs on Odoo using Infomaniak hosting infrastructure. Authorised CyberMountain personnel and service providers supporting the website, hosting and communications may process information as needed to handle your request and operate the service. Customer application environments are separate from this public website and require their own agreed scope and data-processing arrangements.
Cookies and Odoo visitor analytics
We use Odoo’s built-in visitor and page-view records within our Odoo system to understand visits to this website. Records can include visited page URLs, visit times and counts, language and country information. For visitors who are not logged in, Odoo derives a visitor identifier from technical request and session information, including the IP address and browser information. If you log in, visits may be associated with your contact record. This tracking is not described as anonymous.
Google Analytics is disabled on this website. We do not load Google Analytics or Plausible scripts for website analytics.
Essential cookies and browser storage support functions such as the website session, security and remembering your choices. Your selected environment requirements are passed to the enquiry form through the page URL. Page URLs may appear in browser history, server logs and Odoo visitor records. Do not place confidential information in a configuration or URL. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect website functions.
