This page explains how website enquiries, trial requests and proposals work. It is not a substitute for the service agreement accepted for your particular environment.
Information and enquiries
The website describes CyberMountain managed Odoo services and illustrative architecture. Sending an enquiry or selecting an environment configuration is a request for discussion, not an order, deployment authorisation or payment instruction. Scope and availability are confirmed with you before work begins.
The free 30-day trial
The trial is arranged after a review. We confirm the services included, prerequisites and start date before setup. A request does not automatically deploy infrastructure or start a paid subscription. Third-party hosting and software licence arrangements, including any costs, must be confirmed separately.
Responsibilities and costs
Infomaniak provides the hosting infrastructure. CyberMountain manages the services included in the agreed scope. Customers retain ownership of their hosting account. CyberMountain management charges, Infomaniak usage, Odoo licences and any one-time implementation work are separate cost components unless an accepted proposal expressly states otherwise.
Proposals and service agreements
A proposal should identify the service scope, assumptions, fees, billing period, third-party costs, exclusions and any applicable trial arrangements. Payment, support, availability, data processing, termination and other contractual terms must be set out in the applicable agreement. This website does not supply a general uptime guarantee or unlimited support commitment.
Roadmap and illustrations
Stalwart and ONLYOFFICE are roadmap services discussed on request. Their availability, licensing and implementation are confirmed in a proposal. Maps, status accents and architecture images are illustrations, not live monitoring data or evidence that an environment is deployed across every facility shown. Product versions require compatibility and availability review.

Please use the website and its forms for genuine enquiries. Do not submit malicious content, credentials or information you are not entitled to share. Third-party products and linked websites have their own terms. Their appearance here does not imply an endorsement or partnership beyond what is expressly stated.
